Hillerød Slotsgade er I forandring.

Første etape af fornyelsen af Slotsgade er ved at tage form og den første “naturbuket” er netop ankommet. De nye byrumsmøbler vil indeholde, hvad vi kalder en “Ny nordisk barok” plantesammensætning af bærmispel, kejserbusks og kuglebuksbom med en bund af stauder i farver varierende fra hvid til mørk rød.

Belægningen ændres til klinker i et særligt Hillerød-mix, der refererer til teglen på Frederiksborg Slot. Den gamle chaussébelægning genbruges og erstatter asfalten som kørebanebelægning.

Naturbuketterne/byrumsmøblerne er produceret af By Bang og klinker er fra Steffen Sten

Sammen med fsb, Mangor & Nagel - en del af AART (totalrådgiver), MOE og archwiberg har STED vundet konkurrencen om at udvikle to nye plejehjem i Bystævneparken 
”Når STED udvikler landskab til de to nye plejehjem, har vi især fokus på at skabe sanselige uderum. Steder som vil dufte, blomstre og være smukke at se på. Steder som inviterer til, at du har lyst til at sætte dig på en bænk i solen og tale med naboen, eller observere hverdagens rytmer i kvarteret. Samtidig har vi fokus på at udearealer skal være med smukke og jævne belægninger, der tilgængelige for gangbesværede. Og så har vi fokus på, at designet a uderummene har en navigerende funktion, hvilket især er vigtigt, når man arbejder med mennesker med demens”, siger Martin Hjerl fra STED.

STED har arbejdet med udviklingen af Bystævneparken i Husum siden 2018, hvor vi sammen med Primus og Everyday Studio vandt parallelopdraget om Fremtidens Husum Haveby.
De to nye plejehjem på i alt 21.000 m2 og plads til 250 beboere skal ligge i Bystævneparken i den sydlige del af Husum Haveby.
Plejehjemmene, der målrettes ældre borgere ramt af henholdsvis demens og somatisk sygdom, er planlagt til at stå færdige i 2027. De vil bestå af to selvstændige bygninger med nem adgang via de grønne gårdrum, som tilknyttes.
 Konkurrencen om de nye plejehjem var udskrevet af Københavns Kommune.

Copenhagen is World Capital of Architecture for 2023 and @dezeen has compiled a list of 15 young architecture studios based in the city doing “especially interesting and innovative work”. We are proud that Sted is on the list and we are looking forward to celebrating a year of Architecture in our vibrant Capital. Check out the events at @uia2023cph and experience a century of modern Danish architecture by Vilhelm Lauritzen Architects with the exhibition Our Architecture at @danisharchitecturecenter daily until april 30th.

Idag var vi til besigtigelse i Århus i forbindelse med den spændende projektkonkurrence om omdannelse af Musikhusparken ved ARoS og Musikhuset Århus. Et super komplekst sted med et enormt potentiale for at blive Århus vigtigste samlingsted for musik, kunst, hverdagsliv, leg og events! Together with Le Bureau agency, we’re working on a wayfinding project for Hvide Sande and Søndervig and today we have visited Hvide Sande and explored the many beautiful places, hidden spots, lush nature and industrial habourlife. We are all totally in love with this lovely town!

For our project at De Gamles By in Nørrebro, Copenhagen, we are using recyled bricks in different sizes and cuts, to create new pathways and give a red ground cover in the planting beds that both relates to the surrounding buildings and also gives perfect growth potential for the plants

The project for roof garden and the courtyards at

The project for roof garden and the courtyards at SDCC, Herlev Hospital, has now become lush and wild and the creates an amazing atmosphere around the precise, shaped geometric building. A great example of how landscape and building can be intertwined and how the two can compliment each other and become a unity

Imorgen åbner udstillingen “kvinder skaber rum” på DAC. Kom og vær med og se filmene, oplev udstillingen og lyt med i talken, kurateret at Ane Cortzen. STEDs faglige leder Rosa Lund er med i udstillingen og talken. Vi ses!

Hos STED er vi midt i en spændende udvikling af t

Hos STED er vi midt i en spændende udvikling af tegnestuen. Vi er for nylig blevet en del af Vilhelm Lauritzen Arkitekterog vi er flyttet til Nordhavnen. Vi sidder nu med udsigt til hav og horisont, midt i et af Københavns største byudviklingsprojekter.

Mange nye, spændende opgaver er kommet til – både byplanopgaver, landskab og byrumsopgaver og spændende opgaver på grænsen mellem bygning og byrum.

Vi har travlt og søger i den forbindelse en ny kollega, primært med fokus på de indledende faser, herunder konkurrencer, strategier, koncepter, masterplaner, udviklingsplaner og dispositionsforslag. Vi søger en person der er selvstændig og ansvarsbevidst og som kan kommunikere tydeligt visuelt og sprogligt. Det er vigtigt at du kan formidle en ide tydeligt og skarpt og at du deler vores begejstring for stedet og for fortællingen og narrativet i projektet. Vi ser gerne at du har minimum 5 års erfaring med lignende opgaver.

We are proud to announce that Steno Diabetes Center Copenhagen is now consecrated

Steno Diabetes Center Copenhagen (SDCC) is a place where nature invites you to move, to sense, to explore. Here you experience, you don’t just kill time waiting for your medical appointments. The architecture and the landscape meets you with respect as a human being with needs and wishes – not just a “patient”.
The design of SDCC origins from the integration of building and landscape. Upon entering the centre, the landscapes curves, plants, hills and greenerry curates curoisty, leading gently along your way to your consulations or your research. Here movement is natural, compelling you to move, because you want to explore and enjoy.

Today we opened Sorøs Grønne Scene - a new urban square in the heart of Sorø - between the library and the art museum. A square that creates a new meeting space and elements of play that enhances curiosity and philosophy. Enjoy!

Today we visitid Funen. No matter where you put your eyes, Nature is present in the area around Vissenbjerg, Skalbjerg, Skallebølle and Bred. The terrain is shaped by the iceage and has created a spectacular and dramatic landscape in this area. We are very much looking forward to work with this landscape in a strategic development plan for the whole area

The Green Stage of Sorø - is a cultural playgroun

The Green Stage of Sorø - is a cultural playground for the curios children and the playful grown ups. The pictures show the observatory, a sculptural element where you will be able to observe the sky and star constellations. The observatory is one out of many science inspired playful installations you will be able to experience when you visit this new urban square in Sorø. We are looking forward to the opening of Sorø Green Stage this autumn
